Reservations To make a reservation please call Kevin at (614)668-1875. Damage Deposit A $200 damage deposit is required and will be refunded within 10 days of departure unless property damage is found upon inspection of the property.  Damages that exceed $200 will be charged to the leasee. Confirmation of Rental We require a $200 damage deposit and 50% of the rental charge to confirm your rental dates 90 days prior to check-in.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellation Policy 60 day written notice must be give to receive depoist back.  If less than 60 days notice is given there will be no refund unless the dates are successfully re-booked. Check In/Out Check-in time is 4:00pm EST.  Check-out is 11:00am EST. Rates (for 6-8 people) Season Period Nightly Rate Weekly Rate Minimum Nights Peak May 15 thru Sept 15 $200 $1050 2 Value Sept 16 thru Oct 31 April 1 thru May 14 $150 $825 2 Low Nov 1 thru March 31 $110 $600 2 Monthly rates available. Rates do not include 10% Tax (6% Sales Tax, 3% Pulaski County Transient Tax and a 1% Kentucky State Transient Tax. Rates do not include a one time cleaning fee of $60. Notes: No smoking permitted. No Pets permitted. Rates and policies subject to change without notice. Weekly rate is for 6 nights. Holiday stays are 3 night minimum stays. Discounts available for monthly stays - please call for details. Must be 25 years old to rent.
